The contemporary international trend regarding the renovation of listed buildings and their new forms of use reflects the obvious need for man to respect architectural traditions.
In the case of the NICOLAIDES SEA VIEW CITY project, the recognition of the benefits of the Listed House next to the new building gives it a unique architectural element. The Listed House itself has been restored both externally and internally in order to improve the functions of the building so as to meet the demands of its new use.
The renovated two storey Listed House includes Marzano restaurant on the ground floor and the Institute of Educational and Art of Larnaca on the upper floor.
